Joint Care is formulated to provide specific nutrients, including collagen, to support cartilage during the ageing process and maintain healthy bones and joints. The formula is also lower in calories to help support a healthy weight thus limiting additional pressure on the joints. *Royal Canin internal study 2014.
How Else Can You Help Your Dog?
Keep your dog active with regular exercise, but avoid placing additional strain on the joints with high-impact activity. It’s also important to keep your dog at their ideal weight and body condition. A score of 4/9 on a standard 9 point body condition score is recommended as excess bodyweight will put extra pressure on the joints.
